The app is installed on one phone on the day of handover and never set up again. Six months later the person who needs it cannot log in, nobody has the password, the connection drops on mobile data, and — more often than anyone would like — the system was left reachable from the internet with the credentials it shipped with.
Set up for the people who will actually use it
We configure access for each person who needs it, on their own device, with their own credentials — so access can be removed when someone leaves without changing it for everyone. Default passwords are replaced. Streams are set up to stay usable on mobile data rather than only on office wifi. And we make sure you can find and export a clip yourself.
