We survey before we quote
Every job starts with a visit. A quotation written from a phone call is a guess dressed as a price, and the gap between the two is discovered after installation.
We will tell you when you need less
Sometimes the honest answer is four cameras rather than eight, or that the existing recorder is fine and only the cameras need replacing. Saying so costs us an invoice and earns the next one.
We finish the setup
Remote access configured for each person who needs it, default passwords replaced, and you shown how to find and export a clip before we leave. Half-finished handover is the most common failure we are called in to fix.
We stay reachable
The same people who installed the system answer the phone afterwards. A security system that nobody maintains stops being a security system quite quickly.
